
Felicia Beckham
Felicia Beckham, MSN, FNP-BC. Family Nurse Practitioner, Community Educator. Felicia Beckham is an experienced Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She is a native Cincinnatian and is a proud graduate of Cincinnati Public Schools, Hughes Center High School. Felicia persevered through college to earn her Bachelor’s and Master’s of Science in Nursing from The University of Cincinnati, College of Nursing. She was recently selected to be a guest speaker for 2025 American Association of Critical-Care Nursing (AACN) Conference. She is the co-author of the nationally recognized manuscript
“Transitioning from Insulin to Dipeptidyl-Peptidase 4 (DPP-4) Inhibitors for Type 2 Diabetes”. She was selected to present the above manuscript at the 2nd Annual International Nursing Conference in Paris, France in 2022. She is the recipient of the 2024 Elizabeth Kemble Nursing Alumni Award, 2023 UC Women in Healthcare Honoree, recipient of the 2021 University of Cincinnati Florence Nightingale for Excellence in Nursing award, the 2020 STEMmys Healthcare Professional of the Year and the 2017 YWCA Rising Star award. She is the author of “Diversifying The Medical Field” article that was featured in national platforms.
She was inducted into the Beta Iota Chapter of Sigma International Nursing Honor Society. Felicia was selected to be featured in an internationally recognized Black Nursing Documentary, “Breaking the Silence.” She is the founder and president of Cincinnati’s Black Nurse Practitioner Network. Felicia is the Vice President of the University of Cincinnati, College of Nursing Alumni Council. She co-created national COVID-19 video series, co-led roundtables focused on diversity, moderated and participated in various panel discussions on an array of health topics. She currently partners with Cincinnati Public Schools to discuss reproductive health to our young ladies. She currently works at Episcopal Retirement Homes, as their Director of Clinical Nursing and Community Impact. Her passion is improving healthcare outcomes by individualizing patients’ healthcare needs to reduce health disparities. One of her favorite quotes is “Your greatness is not what you have, it’s what you give.”

Jules Camarda
My name is Jules Camarda, and I am a Career Development Specialist with the Cincinnati VA Medical Center, specifically the HUDVASH Program. I help homeless veterans find employment and/or education opportunities. I have been helping veterans for over 10 years, before this job I worked with 16- to 24-year-old out of school youths.
I began my career in manufacturing as a Process Engineer and after 20 years I completely changed my life’s direction when I was laid off for the third time. I left manufacturing and started working with veterans. (I had been helping veterans and mentoring girls in my spare time.)
I retired from the Army in 2008 where I worked as a Nuclear Biological and Chemical Sergeant Major. I was also an instructor for many years, and I received my Master’s in Rehabilitation Counseling in 2017.

Mitzi Robinson
Please allow me to introduce Mitzi Robinson aka “Mimi”.
Mitzi is a dedicated professional that combines proficiency and compassion in all of her roles.
Mitzi is an entrepreneur who partnered with her husband in owning both a State Farm Insurance Agency and a Healthcare Consulting Company. She has served as a licensed insurance agent, notary public and a healthcare consultant with several Fortune 500 companies.
Her passions include volunteerism, mission trips abroad with her church, and crafting delicious vegan meals for herself and her family. Mitzi embraces a healthy lifestyle and treasures spending quality Mimi time with her adorable grandchildren and enjoying board games. Looking ahead, she aspires to finally learn to swim, travel the world with her devoted husband, and turn her love for vegan cuisine into a thriving food truck business.

Delisha Murray
Delisha Murray is a native of Detroit, MI but moved to Cleveland, OH at a very young age. In 2011, Delisha relocated to Cincinnati, OH to advance her professional career in the banking industry. Delisha currently works at Fifth Third Bank as its Vice President & Corporate Social Responsibility Manager overseeing and leading programs to advance its corporate citizenship efforts.
In addition to working at Fifth Third, Delisha is a certified life coach who loves helping individuals realize their God given purpose. Delisha loves to be involved in the community and cherishes opporutnities to mentor women and young ladies. Delisha believes that her life is not her own and thrives on giving back. Delisha and her wonderful husband Charles have three beautiful children, Caylen, Cayla, and Caiyah.
Delish believes that the core of her success has been in large part due to her family – starting with her dad and mom who nurtured her ambition, her husband, children, siblings, and mother-in-law, Delisha enjoys spending time with her family, reading, writing poetry and living in purpose everyday.
Delisha has doctoral coursework from the University of Phoenix. She obtained a Master of Art in public administration from Cleveland State University and a Bachelor of Art in Spanish from Kent State University.

Danielle Lewis
Danielle Lewis is a young lady who is fueled by her passion to live life to the fullest. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Florida A&M Universtiy with a Bechelor’s degree in Public Relations and she earned her Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Cincinnati in the Summer of 2022. She assumed the first ever role of Head of Communications for Kroger Health.
She is very involved in the community and enjoys giving back. She has served as a mentor for high school, college students, and young professionals; a girl scout troop leader; a tutor for elementary school students and in leadership roles with the Cincinnati Children’s African American professional Advisory Council. In 2018, she co-founded the Greater Cincinnati Black PR Professionals to connect and provide resources for African American Public Relations Specialists. She is a member of the Greater Cincinnati Association of Black Journalists.
In 2019 and 2022, she worked with the National Association of Black Journalists Conference Communications Team for the organizations’s record-breaking events. She is a member of the Queen City Chapter of the Links, Incorporated. She serves on the public relations committee for the First Tee of Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky. In 2021, she worked with the visionary of Cincinnati’s Black Lives metter! Mural Book, which chronicles the behind-the-scenes story of the creation of one of Cincinnati’s most prolific art projects.
She has been recognized with many honors including but not limited to Cincinnati’s 20 Leaders Under 30, Venue Magazine’s 30 Leaders Under 30, a 2016 Business Courirer Forty Under 40 Leader, a YWCA Rising Star, the Cincinnati Chapter of Public Relations Society of America’s Rookie of the Year, Cincinnati Children’s MLK Jr. Humanitarian of the Year, a WCPO-TV Healthcare Hero, the Queen City Professional Accolades Resilient Award winner and a TedX Extraordinary Woman. She is a proud graduate of the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber’s C-Change Class 7 and WE Lead Class 16.
In 2015, after the death of her infant son, she started the Angel Baby Network to help families cope with the devastating effects of child loss. She has served on the Starshine Hospice Board, which focuses on assisting families whose children have terminal medical diagnoses and life-limiting illneses. And she has served on the advisory board for Cradle Cincinnati, which works to reduce infant mortality. She currently serves on LifeCenter’s Organ Donor Family Advisory Council, which raises awareness about organ donation.
In 2017, her book about her issues, “As Sure as Tomorrow Comes: One Couple’s Journey Through Loss and Love”, was published. She enjoys spending time with her family and her friends. Her favorite thing to do is to laugh and her second favorite thing to do is to smile. She is passionate about living life on purpose. She seeks and enacts on ways to help others be their best. She believes that everyday is a gift from God and that no matter what, there is a lesson to be learned through all of life’s experiences.

Chief Ife Bell

Her Royal Majesty Zosimli Naa®️ of Dagbon Chief Ife Bell®️, is a distinguished royal leader in the Kingdom of Dagbon, Ghana, and the United States. She is committed to driving cultural and economic development and facilitating global exchange through the multiplying power of friendship. With a presence that commands attention, Chief Ife Bell®️ has inspired audiences around the world—from heads of state and global leaders to executives and community figures—leaving an indelible mark on every platform she touches.
As the first African American Female Royal Leader in the Kingdom of Dagbon, she was honored by the King in 2022 with the expanded title of Zosimli Naa®️ of Dagbon, to advance development and multiply friendships across the globe for the entire kingdom. As an ambassador and diplomat representing the Kingdom and Ghana, she welcomed Ghana’s first female Ambassador to the U.S. as part of the Sister Cities International.
Chief Bell’s work transcends geographical boundaries as the Founder and President of Strategy and Possibilities at To Be Consulting Co. and the guiding force behind The Office of Zosimli Naa®️. Through her leadership, she has spearheaded numerous initiatives, including managing an annual budget of over $7 million for educational impact and leading the Seeding the Future Program in Tamale, Ghana, which generated over half a million dollars in economic development.
For over 18 years, Chief Bell®️ has dedicated her life to advancing women, girls, and youth, empowering them to unlock their next leadership level and drive positive change. Her impact began with a vision in 2007 that became the Ladies of Grace Leadership Program in 2010, a program for 3rd-12th grade students that she designed to build the leadership capacity of young women and expand their competitive advantage in society. By 2012, the program had spread to 6 schools, reaching over 300 students. Chief Bell’s contributions to women’s leadership continued with the Women’s Leadership Program, co-created with Sonia Jackson Myles using the Sister Accord®️ Curriculum, which grew from 11 to 35 schools in just three years in the second-largest school district in Ohio.
Her Majesty Chief Bell®️ is the mastermind behind the WE Ascend Program for the Cincinnati Chamber of Commerce in 2021, a transformative leadership initiative for Black and Brown women. With over 80% of participants achieving promotions or enhanced roles, the program is now in its seventh cohort. Her influence stretches across borders. She hosted the first In Her Leadership Path program in Ghana as part of the Seeding the Future Program, impacting over 150 college-age women. Throughout her career, she has mentored, coached, and sponsored thousands of women, helping them find their voice and elevate their leadership.
Her most recent initiatives continue to forge connections and promote empowerment. Tea, Treats, and Transformations unite African American and African women from the diaspora, fostering sisterhood and unity. Chief Bell also leads the Office of Zosimli Naa®️ Her Tomorrow Movement, a global initiative that will transform the lives of 30,000 women and girls by 2030. By redistributing opportunities and unlocking freedom through strategic investments, the movement ensures women and girls have the resources to thrive in education, health, business, and community leadership.

Ophelia Jones
Ophelia Jones is a native Cincinnatian, who has worked with both youth and adults over the last 41 years. Ophelia is a proud graduate of Cincinnati Public Schools and, earned both her Bachelor of Science and Master of Social Work degrees from the University of Cincinnati.
She spent the first 21 years of her professional career working as a Psychiatric Social Worker. Responding to her passion for teaching and a God assignment, Ophelia enrolled in Antioch College and earned her teaching certification in Early Childhood and Elementary Education. After 17 years in the classroom, she retired from Cincinnati Public Schools in 2015. Currently, she serves as a CASA volunteer for Pro-Kids and is a board member of her community Homeowners Association.
Ophelia has been married to her husband, John for 42 years. They have two adult children, and one granddaughter. Her favorite pastimes are reading, traveling cooking and writing. Ophelia’s go to scripture is Jude 24-25.

Andrea Jordan
Andrea Jordan is a forty year old proud mother of two. She has been an entrepreneur for 17 years as a hair stylist and most recently has joined The Elite Total Care Team with one of her great friends. This business offers, body sculpting, detox and much more.
Her love for service started at a young age with baby sitting. That love grew and landed her in a supervisor position in daycare, working with special needs children and tutoring.
Andrea looks forward to coming along side other like minded individuals that love to serve and has the best interest in mind for the amazing ladies, present and in future in this much needed organization.

Annette Barnes
Annette Barnes has been with the bank for over 29 years and her journey has taken her through many areas of the bank. She’s been a Financial Center Manager, Regional Credit Center Manager where she managed several underwriting teams for the reail consumer loan products. She has a BA in Finance from Wilberforce University-Hometown: Inkster, Michigan.
Annette has has been a Leadership Program Manager for almost seven years and has enjoyed the wonderful opportunity to develop and work with “up and coming leaders” who are early in their career to challenge, inspire, encourage and help them to tap into that unknown potential. She is also a member of the Dean’s Industry Advisory Cabinet for The College of Cooperative Education & Professional Experience for the University of Cincinnati.
She is the proud mom of Roosevelt and Lauren and enjoys roller skating, riding her bike, traveling, being adventurous, and going on outdoor excursions. Annette is looking forward to finding time to play the violin again and has a huge desire to participate in the Cincinnati Mud Run.
